Our Remote hosting is offered across the entire country of
El Salvador.
We work with homeowners in any area of the country, and coordinate with their local cleaner and maintenance team.

10% Management Fee
Pro-Host Remote Hosting is our management solution for homeowners who already have a team set up and would like help with all guest interactions.
In those instances, our homeowner clients are empowered to choose their own service providers (cleaning team, maintenance, local contact, pool maintenance etc).
If you have a team in place, great!
We can manage and coordinate everything guest services: initial booking, check-in, check-out, cleaning, and post reviews.
All billing is done directly with the homeowner. If we charge a cleaning fee to a guest, that fee is paid to you and you can pay the cleaner directly.

If you're looking for help finding a maintenance and cleaning team, we can assist you! We use the same vetting process on your team as we do on our own.

There is total transparency in the work we provide. Funds are split and deposited to your account directly from Airbnb.
The property listing, revenue, and messages, can be viewed by the property owner at any time.
We only make money if you do! That's why it is in our absolute best interest to optimize your listing and offer quality guest services.
Commitment: There is an initial 3-month commitment. After the 3-months, we work on a month-to-month basis. You stay our partner for as long as you're happy. If you need to cancel, we ask for a no hassle 30-day notice.

Extras
Professional Photography: we will hire a professional photographer in the area for high quality resolution photos. The better the photos the higher your listing will rank and will increase the potential for bookings.
Cost to be determined by contractor fees.
Monthly or bi-weekly Visits to the property: Our team can check up on your property to ensure everything is in tact and functioning properly.
Cost depends on location of property and frequency.
Social Media Page: If your property is a gem, having its own social media can boost awareness thus increasing revenue.
